Are you a visionary leader passionate about learning and development? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Learning & Development Partner to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative learning strategies that align with and support our business objectives. Your expertise will guide the design and execution of large-scale, complex training programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead a talented team of training professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development. You will partner with various departments and external educational institutions to create mutually beneficial training programs that drive performance and efficiency. Your ability to understand the motivations and challenges of diverse learners, coupled with your strategic vision, will be instrumental in developing effective training solutions.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of corporate training, learning and development, education, instructional design, or organizational development experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 11 years of corporate training, learning and development, education instructional design, or organizational development experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience establishing, leading and coordinating large-scale complex projects.
- Knowledge of the latest training trends and technology.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills across multiple lines of business.
- Required to travel up to 10% of the time in order to conduct job duties.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
- Master's degree plus 7 years of corporate training, learning and development, education, instructional design, or organizational development experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 9 years of corporate training, learning and development, education, instructional design, or organizational development experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Required to travel up to 50% of the time if supporting off-sites to include CV, Coastal & Calcolor.
- Experience supporting the development and implementation of training programs.
