Compensation:


Hiring Salary Range Posted: $27.50 - $27.50/hour


Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

 

This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires working on-site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.

 

Join our Livingston team as a Production Lead Assistant from July to October! As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for resolving personnel, staffing, and work order conflicts while managing hourly staff directly. We have three shifts available: day shift, swing shift, and graveyard, and all positions require weekend work. Additionally, overtime opportunities are available. What You Will Need:

  • Bachelors Degree or 4 years production-operations, accounting/finance, customer service, agricultural management, or production maintenance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate
  • Required to be 21 years of age or older.
  • Experience leading or directing the work of team members.
  • Candidates for this position must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record; OR, required to obtain a California driver’s license or appropriate state driver’s license within 30 days of hire
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point at a basic level.
  • Required to work day, swing or graveyard shifts.
  • Required to lift and move up to 65 pounds
  • Experienced in reading and comprehending simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Experienced in writing simple correspondence and procedures.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
