SUMMARY

Under general supervision is responsible for daily and weekly crew scheduling and supporting Team Leads with various duties within production/operation.

You must be available to work the full Harvest Season which runs from June - November.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Daily and weekly crew scheduling.
  • Monitors ETA timekeeping daily for deviations on timecards and advise Team Leaders of any discrepancies.
  • Distributes AVO’s.
  • Distributes checks to Union workforce.
  • Supports Team Leads with payroll corrections.
  • Calls in Seasonal and Union workforce for work and schedule changes.
  • Answers phone calls.
  • Completes all paperwork in a clear, legible manner.
  • Creates, posting, and initiating daily and weekend overtime sign up forms.
  • Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
  • Required to be 18 years of age or older.
  • Skilled in organizing, prioritizing and meeting deadlines while working on numerous ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word/Excel at an intermediate level
  • Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
  • Experience operating standard office equipment.
  • Skilled in verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in paying attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working well with others.
  • Skilled in using discretion in dealing with confidential matters.
  • Proficient in 10-Key data entry.
  • Lift up to 10lbs.
  • Required to maintain (7) day workweek availability and work overtime when necessary.
  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of college courses.

 The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. Work is preformed 95% in office and 5% outdoors in ambient weather condition.
