This position will be based in the GALLO Sales Office located in Irvine, CA and requires working on-site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.

 

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting sales teams and driving project success? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Support Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our sales teams. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing special projects, preparing and maintaining project plans, and supporting our sales force in achieving their objectives. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a clear understanding of digital sales tools will be key to your success.

 

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will proactively seek continuous improvement in tools, processes, and field support resources. You will manage all aspects of event planning and execution, support new hires during their assimilation and onboarding, and create engaging PowerPoint presentations and materials. Your role will also involve conducting data reporting, performing data entry, and submitting progress reports. Additionally, you will handle routine and moderately complex inquiries, organize travel and events, and maintain an efficient e-file system.

What You Will Need:

  • High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of business or administrative experience to include project management; OR
  • 5 years of business/administrative experience to include project management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience organizing, prioritizing and meeting deadlines while working on numerous on-going projects simultaneously.
  • Experienced in event coordination or management experience.
  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Experienced in preparing reports and writing business correspondence.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite Software.
  • Skilled in verbal and written communications.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What You Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of Sales, Administrative or Project support experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience working independently and exercising confidentiality and sound judgment in making decisions.
  • Experience composing and formatting correspondence, business proposals and presentations.
  • Experience dealing with confidential information.
  • Experience coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Experience communicating and working with all levels of an organization.

Compensation:

  • Hiring salary range posted: $29.23 - $39.42 / hourly
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
