As an HR Rep Assistant supporting our North Coast wine region, you will provide support in driving multiple human resources-based processes, projects, programs and initiatives throughout an assigned client group(s) across all Premium Business Unit regions. Additionally, you will support and partner with HR Business Partner team members and HR Centers of Excellence to support the client organization.
What You'll Do:
- Supports the core HR process work (Performance Incentive Programs, Salary Planning, Performance Assessments and Succession Planning) by pulling reports, scheduling meetings, creating calibration sessions, following up with client organizations on action items, data entry, pulling metrics/reports, etc.
- Updates HR scorecards, data reporting, and provides analytics as needed.
- Submits all Employee Data Update forms and departure checklists for client organization changes.
- In partnership with TA, Data Management and the HRBPs and hiring managers, manages coordination of employee changes (e.g. promotions, rate increases, seasonal bonuses, reorganizations, etc.).
- Responsible for Labor Law Poster distribution and leads coordination with sites to ensure Labor Law posters are updated appropriately.
- Coordinates various business and HR activities and events (e.g. holiday wine orders, Vitality events, employee engagement events, employee engagement survey, etc.).
- Partners with HRBPs on special projects.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree; OR Associates Degree plus 2 years of human resources experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of human resources experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel at an intermediate level.
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
What Will Set You Apart:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of human resources experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience reading and interpreting documents such as corporate policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
