Warehouse Person - Night Shift - M-F, 7:00p - 3:30a 

Job Overview:

  • This position will work in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for manually loading product onto trucks, picking product for sales orders and stacking product. Performs duties to include picking customer orders, unloading trucks, putting away finished goods, utility driver, scrubber sweeper including other duties requested by the Warehouse department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manually picks cases onto conveyor lines and/or loads cases into delivery trucks.
  • Moves pallets of finished product to various workstations or to the proper warehouse locations.
  • Moves various packaging and point-of-sale materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Responsible for picking up broken cases, mopping up spills, clean-up, disposal of broken bottles, and other housekeeping tasks when necessary.
  • Manually loads product on pickline flow racks.
  • Manual hand stacking of various products throughout the warehouse.
  • Picks product for sales orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates teamwork within a diverse team make-up.
  • Demonstrates adherence to all company safety and quality policies.
  • Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.

 

What You Will Need:

  • High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.

  • Required to lift and move up to 60 pounds, including lifting overhead.

  • Required to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

  • Required to comply with company GMP policies.

  • Experience working as a team player and desire to learn and work in other areas of the warehouse.

  • Skilled in reading, writing, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.

  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.

  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Compensation:

  • Starting Salary: $21.00 / per hour 
  • Shift differential is an additional + $1.25/hour 
  • Union position, regular pay increases based on the union contract
