We're looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Merchandiser to join our field team and help bring the GALLO brand to life at the retail level.

 

In this role, you'll be out in the field every day, visiting accounts, building eye-catching displays, and ensuring our products are merchandised to their fullest potential. You'll work alongside our distributor sales team and Field Service Representatives, supporting account servicing and helping to create a strong, lasting impression of our brands in every store you visit. From stacking cases to crafting compelling in-store displays, your hands-on efforts will directly impact how customers experience our products.

 

Just as importantly, you'll be a relationship builder. You'll engage with customers and prospective accounts, contributing to the positive partnerships that keep GALLO's brands front and center. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in design discussions, bringing your on-the-ground perspective to the table in a meaningful way.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Required to travel by automobile to perform job duties.
  • Candidate is required to have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver’s license based on the position’s location within 30 days of hire.
  • Experience working independently and manage time commitments to meet established service goals.
  • Experience working cooperatively with others.
  • Experienced in reading and comprehending simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Required to lift, move, stack, etc., product cases weighing approximately 60 pounds each.
  • Required to lift and move up to 60 pounds including overhead.
  • Experienced in writing simple correspondence and procedures.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
  • This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires regular travel within your assigned territory. Occasional travel to company sites may be required as needed.
