As an Sr. Analyst at E. & J. Gallo Winery, you will have a challenging leadership impact on the control and success of the winery.  Based out of our Fresno location, our Sr. Analyst will be a focal leader in the winery and will engage in strategic business processes – scheduling, production, transportation, distribution, customer service, and more. In short, our Analysts are the “drivers” that support the operational strategy and vision of the winery.  In this role, your performance supports the winery drive, scheduled & controlled execution, monitors key performance indicators and advises supply chain leaders on continuous improvement opportunities.

What You Will Do

Process/System Understanding

  • Schedules requirements using ERP Production Planning Module. 
  • Update and maintains the weekly schedule for all winery products.

Performance Management

  • Review and prepare target customer service levels and inventory turn levels based on forecast error and bias trends, manufacturing capacity and customer service and inventory turns. 
  • Review and prepare actual versus scheduled production metrics weekly and ensure compliance to schedule is achievable. (Schedule Compliance Metric)

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Resolve issues by presenting various solutions during daily strategic alignment meetings.
  • Present and Participate in meetings, and keep up to date on issues related to Manufacturing, Planning, Metrics, and other related Supply Chain issues.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of supply chain, production, operations or finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR Master’s degree plus 3 years of supply chain, production, operations or finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate PLUS 9 years of supply chain, production, operations or finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Supply Chain Management concentration plus 8 years of supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • An understanding of Six Sigma problem solving methodologies.
  • SQL certification and knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodology.
  • APICS certification.
