Compensation:
Hiring Salary Range Posted: $27.00 - $27.00/hour
Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires working on-site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
We are seeking seasonal Operators for our McCall location to facilitate harvest based activities starting in September. As an Operator, you will perform various duties within the plant, including operating distillation equipment and facility equipment such as pumps, compressors, water chillers, ventilation units, and safety equipment. You will also perform sampling and testing of products and move portable pumps. We are looking for individuals to staff all three shifts (day, swing and graveyard) who are willing and able to follow all safety policies and procedures while performing these duties to ensure a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess basic knowledge of equipment operation. What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
- Required to be at least 18 years of age.
- Required to work any shift.
- Required to lift up 50 pounds.
- Required to work overtime if necessary.
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of
- the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
