In this role, you’ll showcase your organizational prowess by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel—all while being the friendly face that greets visitors and ensures seamless communication across the organization. Your detail-oriented mindset will shine as you oversee the entire lifecycle of customer product samples, from packaging and shipping to maintaining inventory control and generating performance reports. You’ll collaborate across departments, ensuring that Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams are aligned to meet customer needs with precision.

 

Beyond administrative tasks, you’ll infuse creativity and care into planning site events, organizing holiday gifts, and supporting HR initiatives that celebrate our team’s achievements. What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of administrative, inventory management, shipping/receiving operations, or Gallo operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Skilled in typing, data entry and ten-key use.
  • Skilled in managing a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint at an intermediate level
  • Skilled in use of office software applications like MS Outlook and MS Teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce software.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You’ll Stand Out

  • The Company will consider sponsoring a new, qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position.
