What You Will Do

  • Gain knowledge of supply chain procedures, policies, and processes based on observation of other employees and/or completing hands-on work within various disciplines.
  • Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to operating unit served.
  • Monitors and ensures achievement of performance goals and objectives either directly or through subordinate staff.
  • Communicates and interprets administrative and operating policies and procedures.
  • Participates in the development of department procedures and performance measures.
  • Participates in projects that have short-term focus.
  • May prepare and coordinate special projects.
  • Communicates project status.
  • Identifies improvements or modification opportunities.
  • Ensures GMP, safety and quality for all proposed modifications.

Compensation

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $31.75 - $31.75 / hour
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data

What You Need

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Engineering or Operations Management; OR possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics Finance, Engineering or Operations Management; OR Bachelor’s degree plus successful completion of a 6-month Gallo internship in Supply Chain or Operations.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

 

What Will Set You Apart

  • Prior internship experience.
  • Senior Class standing at an accredited college or university working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Operations Management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
