A Taste of What You'll Do

We’re hiring a Warehouse Team Leader to guide a hands-on team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, coach and develop teammates with varying experience levels, support hiring and performance conversations, and partner across functions to keep work flowing smoothly. Your role includes workforce planning, timecard oversight, and providing real-time status updates to leadership while helping the site respond to crises when they arise.

You’ll champion safety and compliance, teaching safe work practices, enforcing GMP and process controls, and participating in incident investigations and root cause analysis. A strong understanding of regulatory and permit requirements, PSM/RMP awareness, and proactive hazard recognition are key. You’ll bring technical curiosity—learning equipment and processes, practicing LEAN, enforcing standard work and JSAs, and helping implement change effectively through NOC/MOC practices.

You’ll also support budget execution by monitoring labor and material usage, performing weekly reconciliations and trend analysis, and recommending countermeasures to meet production forecasts.
