A Taste of What You'll Do

Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things moving, staying organized, and being a dependable part of a team? At GALLO, one of the world's most recognized wine and spirits companies, we're looking for a Warehouse Operator who brings energy, accountability, and a safety-first mindset to everything they do.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations — operating forklifts and clamp equipment to pick customer orders, load and unload trucks and rail cars, and ensure finished goods are properly stored. You'll also help keep our facility clean and safe using floor scrubber equipment, all while working alongside a diverse and collaborative team that values every voice and contribution.

Day to day, you'll use our computerized inventory system to maintain accuracy, scan product labels, perform cycle counts, and complete data entry in our Warehouse Management System. You'll read and execute work orders, inspect packaging for compliance, and support continuous improvement efforts that make our operations smarter and more efficient. No two days are exactly the same, and we love team members who embrace that.

We're looking for someone who communicates well, solves problems with a sense of urgency, and genuinely cares about the safety and success of their teammates. Whether you're just starting your warehouse career or bringing years of experience, GALLO invests in your growth — providing hands-on training, clear performance goals, and a culture that rewards initiative and bold thinking.

If you're ready to own your work, grow your skills, and be part of something bigger, we'd love to hear from you.
