Team Leader - Warehouse Operations 

Shift: Monday - Friday 4p - Midnight

 

 

 

As a Team Leader, where you will play a pivotal role in driving individual and collective success. You will be responsible for the development, quality performance, cost efficiency, and exceptional service delivery to both internal and external customers. Embrace the opportunity to lead a diverse team with varying levels of experience and education, leveraging your expertise in operations, manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain processes to resolve challenges and enhance performance.

 

As a Team Leader, you will direct day-to-day operations and work cross-functionally to ensure seamless completion of daily tasks. Your leadership will be instrumental in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, conducting assessments, and participating in talent selection. You will support organizational change, build daily work plans, and provide real-time updates on floor activities. Effective workforce planning, crisis management, goal setting, and performance management will be integral to your role.

Commitment to compliance, regulatory, and safety standards is essential. You will ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety policies, GMP, and collective bargaining agreements if applicable. Your role involves teaching safe work practices, identifying potential hazards, and participating in safety programs and investigations.

 

Your technical expertise will be vital in learning processes and equipment, problem-solving, and coaching team members. You will enforce standard work and quality practices, manage the impact of change, and practice LEAN principles.

Budget management is another critical aspect of the role. You will execute budget plans, monitor trends, and provide input in budget planning, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR 

  • High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR 

  • High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of supervisory/managerial experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR 

  • High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of military operations experience to include leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Required to work any assigned shift, as scheduled.

  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

 

Compensation:

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $60,300 - $90,360 / year
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
