A Taste of What You'll Do
We’re seeking a collaborative Senior Quality Engineer who is passionate about food safety, continuous improvement, and protecting beloved brands. In this role you’ll design and implement quality and food safety systems that meet Corporate Quality and GFSI standards, lead root cause investigations and corrective actions, and drive supplier quality performance to ensure contracts and winery expectations are met. You’ll apply statistical techniques to target sampling and interpret consumer complaint trends, lead GMP audits and hold processes, and develop validation, verification, and training tools that empower colleagues to maintain consistent, safe, high-quality product.
You’ll partner across functions to translate findings into clear, actionable improvements, produce quality reports for all levels of the organization, and lead time-sensitive investigations with focus, urgency, and respect. Coaching and mentoring peers and indirect reports is a core part of the role—developing others, giving candid feedback, and holding teams accountable while encouraging innovation and intrapreneurial thinking. Attendance, regulatory compliance, and adherence to safety and environmental expectations are essential.
We value diverse perspectives and welcome applicants who bring curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to learning from mistakes. If you’re skilled in root cause methodologies, comfortable with hands-on problem solving, and motivated to protect product and people through robust quality systems, you’ll thrive here.
