A Taste of What You'll Do

Join Gallo as a Senior Product Integrity Specialist and bring technical leadership to our Global Quality & Food Safety team. In this regional role you will design, implement and improve food safety and quality systems (FDA, HACCP, PRPs, FSSC ISO 22000 alignment) across sites, suppliers and co-manufacturers. You will provide subject-matter expertise to site teams and senior leaders, lead root cause/corrective actions, oversee/support audits and certifications, manage multiple enterprise PRP programs. This role will additionally include ROI analysis and translate science-based validations into practical site projects that protect product integrity.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, operations and suppliers to ensure quality and food safety programs are executed, write clear technical procedures and present findings to executive audiences. You will also evaluate and pilot new technologies, manage vendor relationships, and drive enterprise-level initiatives that reduce risk and cost while improving QFS metrics. This role values intrapreneurship and ownership—thinking boldly, taking appropriate risks, learning from mistakes, and holding yourself and others accountable.

We are committed to building an inclusive workplace. Candidates from all backgrounds, identities and experiences are encouraged to apply; reasonable accommodations are available throughout the hiring process. If you are a detail-oriented, strategic thinker who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about protecting consumers and advancing food safety, we’d love to hear from you.
