A Taste of What You'll Do
As Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations, you will lead end-to-end warehouse activities for beverage products, finished goods, raw materials, and operational supplies. You will establish plans, standards, and performance expectations that support safe, compliant, accurate, and efficient product flow while aligning labor, equipment, storage capacity, and workflows with production requirements and customer commitments.
You will develop warehouse leaders who coach, engage, and strengthen their teams. Through clear expectations, candid communication, training, succession planning, and performance management, you will build leadership capability and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and ownership.
Using operational data and key performance measures, you will identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, service, productivity, inventory accuracy, and product handling. You will lead sustainable corrective actions, continuous-improvement initiatives, and organizational change while enhancing workflows, space utilization, equipment use, and customer service.
You will also manage the warehouse operating budget and capital spending plan and partner with production, inventory, transportation, quality, safety, maintenance, and other site leaders. Your leadership will help resolve operational constraints, improve product flow, and translate business priorities into accountable execution.
What You'll Need
- Master’s degree plus 4 years of distribution/logistics management, business analysis/forecasting, logistics planning, or supply chain planning experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of distribution/logistics management, business analysis/forecasting, logistics planning, or supply chain planning experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 12 years of distribution/logistics management, business analysis/forecasting, logistics planning, or supply chain planning experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Supervisory or managerial experience.
- Required to be available for 24 hour management support of warehouse operations.
- Required to occasionally lift and move full cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Required to occasionally work under varying climatic conditions.
- Computer skill requirements include: intermediate MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
- Experience solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 8 years of production, operations, engineering or logistics management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR, MBA plus 6 years experience managing warehouse operations in a CPG industry organization.
- Experience applying LEAN methodology.

- We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
