A Taste of What You'll Do
You’ll be an essential part of a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment, supporting daily operations to ensure production runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently. Working under direct supervision, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the plant while learning industry best practices, company processes, and safety standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys active work, and wants to build foundational manufacturing and supply chain skills.
In this role, you’ll contribute to a variety of operational tasks, from supporting packaging line activities to moving materials throughout the facility using equipment like hand trucks and forklifts. You may assist with machine operation, inventory tracking through barcode scanning, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. You’ll also play a vital role in ensuring product quality by conducting visual inspections and supporting packaging and palletizing processes.
Success in this role comes from a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, complete training, and continuously build your knowledge of plant operations. Teamwork and flexibility are key, as you’ll rotate between assignments and provide support wherever needed while helping maintain a safe and productive environment for everyone.
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
- Required to comply with company GMP policies.
- Required to work overtime as needed.
- Required to work any assigned shift.
- Required to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
- Required to be physically capable of executing all essential functions of the job.
- Must be able to operate and utilize the computerized inventory system.
- Accepts constructive feedback and alters behavior accordingly.
- Required to pass in-house clamp lift and forklift skills tests.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 1 year previous forklift, clamp lift or heavy machinery operations experience.
- Previous operations experience in an manufacturing plant.
- Experience with safe Forklift operations; certified by Gallo.
