Join our dynamic team as a Plant Maintenance Reliability Manager, where you will play a crucial role in driving asset reliability and operational excellence. In this position, you will lead the Predictive Maintenance and Reliability Centered Maintenance programs while managing a dedicated team to support these functions. Your primary objective will be to enhance asset reliability and develop operational plans that establish proactive maintenance goals through a risk-based approach to asset maintenance and operations.

 

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance programs, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Predictive Maintenance Technologies (PDM), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). This involves training employees on advanced techniques such as vibrational analysis, thermal imaging, sonic & ultrasonic analysis, and oil analysis. Your expertise will ensure that maintenance objectives are achieved at the lowest cost while maintaining the highest quality standards.

 

Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with Maintenance Troubleshooting and Major Rebuild project teams to overcome manpower obstacles and optimize maintenance schedules. Utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), you will analyze repairs, monitor downtime trends, and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures. Your strategic recommendations will drive continuous improvement, optimize physical assets, and enhance overall reliability.

 

As a leader, you will develop and mentor your team, fostering an environment of innovation and accountability. You will participate in cross-functional planning and management teams to improve organizational processes. Your responsibilities also include maintaining an operating budget, capital spending plan, and ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of manufacturing engineering or maintenance operations experience, including reliability engineering or predictive maintenance experience reflecting increasing levels or responsibility; OR 

  • High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 11 years of manufacturing engineering or maintenance operations experience including reliability engineering or predictive maintenance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Experience presenting information to upper management or senior leadership. Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint at a basic level.

  • Supervisory or project management experience.

  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Compensation:

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $117,450 - $176,130 / year 
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
