Are you passionate about maintaining high standards in food safety and quality? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where teamwork and attention to detail are key? We are seeking a dedicated Flavor Ingredient Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining flavor and ingredient inventories, supporting the mixing and blending of batches, and ensuring compliance with all quality, personal safety, and organizational safety regulations.
As a Flavor Ingredient Technician, you will work under the direct supervision of a Team Leader, measuring and selecting specific ingredients per work orders, and pumping them into kitting and bottling tanks. You will execute CIP system setups, operate various equipment such as pumps, valves, forklifts, and pallet jacks, and conduct housekeeping practices using specific chemical dosing equipment. Additionally, you will gather samples as required, monitor ingredient inventory levels using SAP, and communicate with cross-functional partners to acquire necessary resources.
Your responsibilities will include supporting order fulfillment by mixing and blending alcoholic beverage batches, coordinating transfers with Cellar teams, and handling shipping and receiving of transfers. You will also perform inventory receiving functions for Non-Stock Transfer Orders, collect and report data for supplier performance metrics, and communicate quality concerns to the relevant departments. Ensuring product integrity by monitoring ingredients approaching expiration and maintaining inventory traceability records will be crucial.
We value your participation in continuous improvement initiatives, documentation of work instructions, and compliance with department standards. You will also conduct Safety and Quality/GMP audits, provide Safety Standards training, and maintain a collaborative relationship with the Beverage Making and Cellar Teams. Your commitment to satisfactory attendance and compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations will contribute to our success.
SHIFT: Monday - Friday
- 1st Shift - 7:00a - 3:30p
- 2nd Shift - 3:00p - 11:30p
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of ingredient inventory control, ingredient mixing, or beverage-making, experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Required to work assigned shift, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Required to navigate ladders up to 20 feet high.
- Required to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Required to be 21 years of age or older.
- Basic skills in the use of MS Word and Excel.
- Skilled in the use of a lift truck.
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Compensation:
- Hiring Salary Range Posted: $20.21 - $27.30 /hour
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
