A Taste of What You'll Do

Are you someone who takes pride in precision, thrives in a hands-on environment, and loves being part of a team that brings great products to life? At GALLO, we're looking for a Flavor Ingredient Technician to join our dynamic beverage-making operation — and we'd love for that to be you.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our production process — measuring and blending ingredients, supporting batch mixing, and ensuring our flavor and ingredient inventories are accurate and ready to go. You'll work with systems like SAP and TraceGains to monitor inventory levels, maintain traceability records, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, and Cellar teams to keep orders moving smoothly. No two days are exactly the same, and your attention to detail will directly impact the quality of what ends up in every bottle.

Safety and quality are core to everything we do. You'll execute CIP procedures, conduct GMP and safety audits, apply proper sanitation practices, and operate equipment including pumps, valves, forklifts, and HMI controls — all while upholding GALLO's high standards. You'll also play an active role in continuous improvement initiatives, Best Practice meetings, and cross-functional collaboration, helping us get better every day.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to building a team where everyone belongs. Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, what matters most is your drive, your reliability, and your willingness to learn. If you're ready to grow with a company that values bold thinking, accountability, and innovation, we want to hear from you. Come make something great with us.
