You will help to identify and attract the best and brightest talent to join the Gallo Family to support our new facility in South Carolina. You'll own hiring targets, partner with a hiring managers and other Talent Acquisition team members across our company and help us creatively evolve how we attract, hire and create an unforgettable experience for every candidate.  If you thrive on developing collaborative partnerships and passionate about helping people find a company, they can call family!  This position requires you work on-site.  

What You Will Do 

  • Leads hiring managers and hiring teams through the recruiting/talent acquisition process; works along with TA Lead to identify talent needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
  • Leads Recruiting Strategy Sessions with Talent Acquisition Management and business leaders to clarify requirements and set expectations.
  • Advises business on all hiring solutions including contingent, direct, and early talent search options.
  • Meets with client group(s) to develop a thorough understanding of business and department culture.
  • Prepares recruiting timeline and coordinates the activities of the recruiting team; ensures that recruiting process progresses on schedule.
  • Establishes efficient hiring panels to reduce bias, align roles and responsibilities, and clarify search parameters and timelines.
  • Writes effective and well formatted job postings and advertisements.
  • Leverages online recruiting resources, social media outlets, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify and recruit qualified candidates.
  • Manages applicant flow and sources qualified candidates for open roles.
  • Builds and leverages individual and collective network of prospects.
  • Develops an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate and long-term hiring needs.
  • Aligns pipelines to workforce plans and critical hiring needs of the business.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of corporate or agency recruiting, sourcing or human resources experience to include full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR MBA degree plus 1 year of corporate or agency recruiting, sourcing or human resources experience; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of corporate or agency recruiting, sourcing or human resources experience to include full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects and client relationships.
  • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, the hiring funnel, key metrics and compliance that drive a successful talent acquisition strategy.
  • Partner closely with global TA partners to understand business challenges and top priorities.
  • Experience managing projects and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Skilled in written and oral communication.
  • Required to travel by air and automobile.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of full lifecycle corporate or agency recruiting, sourcing or human resources experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • MBA Degree.
  • Technologically curious and savvy, strong consumer of social media and mobile applications.
  • Experience with OFCCP compliance recruiting.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
