In this role, you will be the key link between our products and our valued customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries that make a difference in their day. Your responsibilities will include making product deliveries, picking up cases from customers, and efficiently managing loads to guarantee smooth deliveries. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate delivery documentation and obtaining proof of delivery from customers.

The role requires you to account for any breakages, overages, and shortages, and to complete all required paperwork meticulously. You will need to adhere to company policies and work rules, ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations. What You Need:
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
- Required to possess a valid class A or B license or permit with air-brake certification, a current medical certificate, and a safe driving record.
- Drivers are required to submit to all drug and alcohol testing per DOT regulations, including random screening.
- Candidate is required to have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver’s license based on the position’s location within 30 days of hire.
- Required to make an average of 25 deliveries a day with an average of 450 cases per day. The average case weight is approximately 38 pounds.
- Required to lift cases of product up to 60 pounds.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
What Will Set You Apart:
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years of driving experience with a Commercial Driver’s License.

Compensation:
- Hiring Salary Range Posted: set rate listed as $23.00 / hourly
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
