A Taste of What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Brand Manager in the Spirit of Gallo portfolio, you will lead the development and execution of innovative and bespoke marketing strategies and tactics that elevate spirits brand performance and deliver meaningful consumer experiences. You'll own your brand's positioning, managing a 12–18 month planning horizon to ensure consistency at each and every touch point the brand is present, while aligning all initiatives to business objectives, growth plans, and long-term portfolio health.

In this role, you will bring brands to life by translating consumer insights into compelling campaigns and end-to-end experiences that drive engagement and loyalty. A critical part of this role is P&L ownership — you will be responsible for managing budgets with discipline, ensuring spend is allocated effectively across the marketing mix, and delivering against brand performance KPIs that drive both top- and bottom-line results. Your financial acumen and commitment to accountability will be just as important as your creative vision.

You will also serve as a leader and coach, mentoring team members while driving accountability and performance. By leveraging agile marketing practices and embracing innovation, you will test, learn, and scale new ideas that keep your brands competitive in a dynamic marketplace. With regular market visits and close partnership with distributors and customers, you'll stay connected to real-world insights that shape impactful brand strategies.
