A Taste of What You'll Do

At Gallo, we believe in building brands that inspire connections, spark curiosity, and create memorable experiences. We’re seeking a dynamic leader to guide our On-Premise efforts through a partnered team of Agency Brand Specialists (Activation to Impact – A2I). In this role, you’ll lead a strategically placed team whose mission is to increase visibility, loyalty, and trial opportunities for our Ready-to-Drink (RTD) brands across bars, restaurants, and other on-trade venues.

You’ll collaborate closely with our sales organization, agency partners, and hospitality professionals—mentoring Brand Specialists to deliver compelling stories, equip them with the tools they need, and ensure they have the specialized brand knowledge to build strong relationships with gatekeepers, bartenders, and consumers. Your leadership will drive availability, visibility, advocacy, and promotion in the market, while monitoring trends and reporting actionable insights to senior leadership.
