A Taste of What You'll Do
At Four Roses Bourbon, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing a premium product to life while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a General Labor team member, you’ll support daily bottling operations by contributing to label application, inspection, rework, and case stacking processes that ensure every bottle meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple production areas including Single Barrel and High-Speed lines, where your attention to detail and ability to adapt will help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. From clearing line jams and feeding equipment to assisting with inspections and maintaining a clean workspace, your efforts will directly impact product quality and team success.
Safety, compliance, and food quality are at the core of everything we do. You’ll help foster a strong safety culture by following company policies, monitoring for potential risks, and reporting concerns promptly. This role also offers opportunities to learn different positions along the line, expand your skill set, and take ownership of your work.

What You'll Need
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
- Required to be at least 21 years of age
- Have basic mechanical skills
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages)
- Must be able to work outdoors subject to inclement weather (heat/ cold) year-round.
- Candidate is required to have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver’s license based on the position’s location within 30 days of hire.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate all levels of team members/staff/vendors/visitors.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain flexibility as necessary.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Ability to complete paperwork associated with this position.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. - Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
