Summary
- Shift: 2nd Shift, 10 hours, Monday - Thursday. 3:15p - 1:15p
- As a Yard Truck Driver you will drivesa yard truck to move and maneuver trailers to transport goods to and from locations throughout the facility. You will monitor the maintenance and repair of the yard truck and operate a forklift to move materials throughout production, warehouse, storage, and shipping/receiving areas.
What You'll Do:
- Drives a yard truck to transport empty and full trailers to load and off-load goods, chemicals and other supplies, including tankers, to various locations throughout the facility or other local locations.
- Inspect trailers, tanks, and yard trucks to ensure they are in good working condition and reports any issues. • Perform routine maintenance on the yard trucks.
- Performs warehouse Forklift or Warehouse Operator duties as assigned.
- Follow safe operating procedures, support safety programs and policies to safeguard personal safety, company property, environmental and team member’s safety.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate, plus 2 years of previous yard driver/truck driving experience specifically driving and repositioning tractor trailers.
- Candidate is required to have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver’s license based on the position’s location within 30 days of hire.

Required to work any shift as needed, including overtime, as needed.

Required to lift and move up to 55 lbs.

Required to pass in-house clamp and forklift skills tests to become a Certified Forklift and Clamp Driver.

Must be able to re-certify Clamp Driver skills attained as required.

Required to be physically capable of executing all essential functions of the job.

Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation:
- Hiring Salary Range Posted: $22.93 - $30.97 /hour
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
