Maintenance Planner - Production and Cellar Operations
Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for maintenance planning? Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Planner! In this role, you will be instrumental in determining the planning and scheduling needs for production maintenance activities, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who can manage our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), continuously improving it by inputting new equipment records and updating PM schedules. You will also obtain work requests, determine job scopes, and estimate costs and time for planned work. Your ability to organize and plan tasks, leveraging technical knowledge and collaborating with Technicians, Reliability partners, and Maintenance Supervision, is critical.
In this role, you will write detailed technical procedures, manage inventory requests, and maintain equipment BOMs and Job Plan library. Your communication skills will come into play as you coordinate complex multi-skill jobs with other Planners and Team Leaders. Additionally, you will facilitate weekly Scheduling meetings, prepare forecasts, and update job plan information for improved efficiency.
You will be responsible for investigating mechanical problems, scoping maintenance work, and making recommendations for process improvements. Handling inquiries and situations with a proactive approach is essential.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of maintenance administration or technical maintenance experience with high-speed machinery reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR

High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of maintenance administration or technical maintenance experience with industrial machinery reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Required to climb stairs and ladders; comfortable working at heights.

Required to participate in 24-hour on-call shifts, swing and graveyard shifts.

Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Compensation:
- Hiring Salary Range Posted: $70,015 - $104,975 / year
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
