Cellar Tech 1

 

The Cellar Tech 1 participates in large batch wine production as assigned and assists in the care and sanitation of all equipment and facilities.  Must adhere to all safety procedures and support quality and GMP standards.

What You Will Do

Quality and Sanitation:

  • Support Cellar Operation by completing tank sanitation, sampling, blending and maintaining the fermentation process.
  • Consistently perform all in-process and final production quality checks.
  • Operate all assigned equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
  • Maintain work area to meet all Food Safety requirements, general housekeeping. 

Teamwork, Safety, Data Management:

  • Must maintain satisfactory attendance and consistently report to work on time.
  • Must demonstrate situational awareness and sense of urgency.
  • Basic knowledge of data entry.

What You Need

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate; or one year of experience in wine production.
  • Forklift certification and operation as needed.
  • Required to work at heights and in small areas.
  • Required to wear a respirator when necessary.
  • Skilled in writing, simple correspondence, and basic math.

Schedule - 2nd or 3rd Shift - 16.75/hour plus $1000.00 Hiring Bonus
