Job Summary

Offers talented engineers the opportunity to engage in various parts of the business, interact with management, develop innovative solutions to real business challenges, and gain a broader understanding of the company and our business. Rotations include leadership roles such as operations team lead, and technical rotations. Candidates in the program are typically expected to take on reasonable independent responsibility of their work within a specific Engineering Discipline after one to two years of rotational program.

Essential Functions

  • Gain knowledge of operating procedures, policies, and processes based on observation of other employees and/or completing hands-on work within various disciplines.
  • Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to operating unit served.
  • Monitors and ensures achievement of performance goals and objectives either directly or through subordinate staff.
  • Communicates and interprets administrative and operating policies and procedures.
  • Participates in the development of department procedures and performance measures.
  • Participates in projects that have short-term focus.
  • May prepare and coordinate special projects.
  • Communicates project status.
  • Identifies improvements or modification opportunities.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental, safety and regulatory considerations as it applies to the task at hand. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.
  • Ensures GMP, safety and quality for all proposed modifications.
  • Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.

Compensation

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $76,000 - $85,000 / year
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university working towards an Engineering or Engineering Management degree OR a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering or Engineering Management.
  • Current or prior engineering internship; OR Gallo internship.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
