As a Supply Planning Analyst with E. & J. Gallo Winery, you will engage in the planning process in order to ensure a balance of stability and responsiveness. You will drive problem solving, and decision-making functions as outlined by line operating strategies when creating the production plan and schedule for all finished goods SKU’s associated with each resource. Additionally, you will maintain an ongoing focus on stability, service, inventory, and cost when developing the execution of planning strategies.

What you will do:

  • Maintains, enforces, and recommends changes to Line Operating Strategies.
  • Ensures prompt analysis and decision making to resolve issues as outlined by exception messages.
  • Engages in the S&OP process.
  • Manages the master production scheduling (MPS) process in order to ensure a balance of stability and responsiveness.
  • Develops production and deployment plans as a result of inputs including forecast, inventory, capacity, materials, lead times, service objectives, etc.
  • Evaluates data regarding demand vs. forecast, production vs. plan, inventory levels, service levels, and resource productivity

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of supply chain, corporate finance, engineering, supplier development, production/operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or 6 years of supply chain, corporate finance, engineering, supplier development, production/operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.

What will set you apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Supply Chain Management concentration plus 5 years of supply planning experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
