Compensation:
- Hiring Salary Range Posted: $16.81 - $22.75
- Shift differentials offered!

What You'll Do:
Job Overview-
- Shifts available: 11pm-7:30am (Monday-Friday) OR 3pm-11:30pm (Monday-Friday) OR 7am-3:30 (Sunday-Thursday)
- The Cellar Tech I participates in cellar production as assigned, as well as the care, and sanitation of all equipment and facilities. Adheres to all safety procedures, support quality and GMP standards.
Job Responsibilities-
- Under general supervision, supports the cellar operation by completing tank sanitation, sampling, blending, and fermentation maintenance. Additionally will be required to operate a designated machine center.
- Safely and efficiently operate all assigned pieces of equipment to meet or exceed established production goals in a cost-effective manner.
- Demonstrates situational awareness and a sense of urgency on the production floor.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency for Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
- Communicates effectively with team members, leadership, and other departments.
- Must maintain satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate; or one year of experience in wine production or manufacturing.
- Forklift certification and operation as needed.
- Required to wear a respirator when necessary.
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Required to work at heights and in small areas.
- Required to comply with company GMP policies.
- Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
